Mike baked this for my husband’s 30th bday. I had come to him with a picture of this cake and requesting a replica. He nailed every little detail. He made sure to give me advice regarding what ingredients to use for the black layer on top so it doesn’t stain our teeth. On the day that I went to pick up the cake, Mike saw me struggling to handle the door and cake simultaneously and he helped me get the cake to my car safely. Absolutely stunning cake as well as delicious. Everyone raved about it! I will be returning to pure sugar Inc for all my cakes!
